Title: will be based on experience and qualification
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering or the related field
- 5+ years of work experience in IC design verification or related work
- Experience of building UVM based verification environments
- Expert skill level for Verilog HDL and the related simulation tools (VCS, NCsim etc)
- Knowledge and experience for the following
- C programming language
- Script language like Perl, Python, and Tcl
- Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple teams
- Capability to learn new skills or technologies as needed and be self-motivated
Additional Plus:
- Knowledge of wired or wireless networking protocols
- Reasonable knowledge in PHY layer of wireless communication systems such as OFDM,
MIMO and beamforming - Written English, Spoken and Listening English is plus
Job description:
- Join as a member of 802.11ax MAC Hardware team
- Responsible for unit-level and IP-level verification of 802.11 MAC layer RTL design
- Collaborate with MAC Architecture team for C-RTL Co-verification
- Work will include part of the following, but not limited to
- Build up UVM based verification framework
- Generate the test input vectors and output results from C model
- Run simulation for the test cases and generate the test report
- Collaborate with Design engineers for debugging
