JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the company quality system setup
- Responsible for customer quality support, complaint handling and 8D report writing
- Responsible for the PCN
- Responsible for OSAT quality management and audit
- Work with internal team and FAB/OSAT for abnormal case handling
- Be familiar with the package/product qualification rule, setup the reliability test plan and work with internal/external team on the root cause analysis/improvement actions if any failure
- Responsible/Initiate quality improvement program for production products, like yield improvement, reliability monitoring etc
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- At least Bachelor Degree, with electronics majors preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years quality related working experience in Semiconductor industry
- Familiar with wafer fab process, Assembly and Test process
- Experienced in set up quality system, like ISO9001, 14001 etc. in Semiconductor industry
- Good project management, investigation and analysis, communication and coordination skills;
- Experience in leading team, doing plans and detailed actions independently.
- Fluent in English
